Motivating Younger Workers

Do you remember your father talking about his job? When speaking with past generations you often hear words like seniority and tales of putting in their time. The older style of company had an organizational structure that was made up of people who “Aged” into their position. Today, younger workers have been brought up to be more collaborative and work better in teams. The expectation is not to be with a company for 30 years anymore and these simple concepts have to be taken into account. Todays youth want flexibility and meaningful work. This is all a good thing and will contribute to a healthy company.
