When You Get No Support

Many times when you want to start a fitness lifestyle and really make the changes you need to live a healthy lifestyle, people will not support you. They will fear your change and that can be really tough and make doing those exercises to lose weight much harder to stick with.

Unfortunately, for some of these people you will just have to put up with it or maybe get new friends. But when you really start to see results, you can then start to impact them and bring them towards a fitness lifestyle. That is what is so wonderful about fitness and getting healthy… when you do, you want to share it with everybody.
