But earlier reported internal consistency estimates of the substantive scales (on Form E), as shown in table 6.9 p. 54, show high internal consistency with KR-20 Reliability estimates of at least .75. Since the only minor changes occurred in the item content between Form E and Form F, it is expected that the reliabilities would be virtually identical.
By looking at the reliability information in the manual, one cannot argue a high degree of reliability for the Inventory for Counseling and Development. Not only there is not enough statistical evidence but also, the existing statistical data is not strong to support high reliability for the inventory.
