Washington Motorcycle Accident Injures Teenager

An 18-year-old man suffered serious injuries in a Washington motorcycle accident after a collision with a car on Highway 9 in Clear Lake. According to a news report in the Skagit Valley Herald, the teenager was driving his motorcycle southbound on Highway 9 when he struck a 1993 Ford Tempo that was turning into the highway. The motorist told Washington State Patrol officials that she looked both ways before pulling out into the highway and did not see the motorcyclist. The teenager was taken to a Seattle hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
