41A5021-1C is my garage door opener model by Liftmaster. How do I reprogram my keypad?

I’ve pushedthe learn button on the opener but it doesn’t seem to learn the keypad wireless remote. Can you help?

I guess going to the liftmaster site would be to much trouble for you?
