How do we see observational learning being used in the work place?
January 28th, 2010 | by admin |How do we see observational learning being used in our everyday life? Is observational learning effective?
Why or why not?
Yes I believe it is effective. By watching others you learn alot about yourself & how you choose to fit in to society.

Honestly… if it weren’t for observational learning, I would be sitting in a corner of a room all day, twitching, and never leave…
That said… the precise effectiveness depends on the person. Some people deal better with doing things, some with seeing them… and others with being told.
Luckily for me I’m one of the people who deals with thing best when I see them…. and I have a fairly detailed biology-based education, AND have watched a lot of wildlife documentaries.
From there it was just a simple matter to get into the habit of watching people and learning to mimic just enough to get by without having a total aut-fit.
