anyone know a free router manager i need to reset my router?

Just do a hard reset.
Hold down reset for 30 seconds with power still in, keep holding in for 30 seconds while unplugging it, and 30 seconds again while it powers back up.
Try logging in.
This is a 30/30/30 reset which *should* reset everything including passwords.

I think you can unplug it for like 3 days until the internal battery runs out and the password would be reset.

Hard reset it!! Most routers and modems have a reset button on them hold it for like 30 seconds and it should be like new!!
