THX’s Cause I’m now in the process of making my first album and when I try to record with my yamaha keyboard as a MIDI USB it seems I have a little delay but I have a Firewire connection on my laptop and I was wondering is it better to just use that instead of USB MIDI

There’s actually no delay at all. When I made that video, I had it set to the primary sound driver which is why you noticed the slight delay at that time. However, after I made that video, I installed the asio4all driver. No latency (delay) whatsoever now.
