Follow the tutorials which are included with FL Studio. For the rest it is a matter of creativity. I personally prefer Ableton Live though, I have never been a fan of FL Studio. I do not know of any professional artist who uses FL Studio either. Ableton Live, Propellerheads Reason, Sony ACID Pro, Steinberg Cubase, et cetera are all examples of professionally used audio software. Since you are at the beginning of your learning process, I would advise switching to any of the before mentioned DAW’s instead.

You have to have a good ear for music, a knowledge of FL studio, a knowledge of basic music theory, and a lot of time to devote into perfecting the sound. Trial and error my friend.
