Monkey Trial Project Overview

Students at Napa New Technology high School in Napa, CA use a project-based learning ignment to conduct a “mock” trial about the subject of whether science classes should be able to teach or not teach theories of intelligent design in classrooms. Students prepare using past legal cases to present their cases to an audience.
